Here we go into July! And August!

We spent 4th of July hanging out with Sarah. We went to dinner and set off some fireworks in the backyard. We then went to a park to watch the fireworks in Mesa. Ollie had a fun time this year and was obsessed with fireworks for a week after.

Brady and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary on July 11th. Since it was 7-11 free slurpee day and we're short on cash, we got a slurpee and had dinner at Chik-fil-a.

Later in July we headed up to Utah for the Gillman Family Reunion. We drove up with Brady's dad, Blake, in his car to save on gas. The drive up was uneventful. Ollie did pretty good on the way up but he got cranky every once and while since he didn't sleep much the night before. Brady's mom, Cindy, met us up there by motorcycle since she is in the middle of another motorcycle adventure.

I took this picture when Brady said that the clouds looked like the clouds from Toy Story.

The day after we arrived in Lindon, we went to check out the cows that Grandpa and some other family members raise for beef.

Ollie loved the cows and asked to see them every day we were there.

We then went to see the horse that the neighborhood seems to share.

Ollie loved seeing the horses, but freaked out if it got too close.

Later we would take a train ride from American Fork to Farmington to visit Brady's Aunt Cynda and Uncle Dan Limb.

Ollie was in heaven.

The next day was the reunion. We hardly knew anyone so Ollie just played around with other kids there until his nap time, then we headed back to the house.

The always needed four generation picture. L to R: Jvar Gillman, Blake Gillman, Oliver Gillman, Brady Gillman

We spent the rest of the day relaxing and went out to eat at the famous "Chuck-a-Rama" or as Brady calls it, "Upchuck-a-Rama". It's a buffet that Grandma and Grandpa love.

Trying out Mamie's bike.

The next day was goodbyes and the drive back home.

In Kanab, UT, they were having some kind of Ford Model T car show.

Ollie did great on the ride home. The last hour was the hardest, he just wanted to go to "my house". It was pretty cute.

August has been low key because we're expecting baby #2(!), so I've been out of sorts, since this pregnancy has taken every lick of energy out of me. Poor Ollie doesn't really understand why his mom has been so out of it. We're excited though. We find out the gender in a few weeks and other exciting things are coming up for us.
